Jon Rendle studied Bakery & Confectionary and Design & Decoration of Flour Confectionary at Plymouth CFE between 1980 and 1982. He gained four distinctions, won the Renshaw Cup for best student, and was awarded a City & Guilds silver medal for acheiving the joint highest mark in the UK. After gaining experience with two of the countrys top cake designers, Jon founded his own business in 1986.
